Bistro Napa – Atlantis
The Atlantis Food and Beverage team is excited to announce a new seasonal menu in Bistro Napa built around the idea of sharing tastes of the best seasonal ingredients. In addition to tasting portions of Bistro Napa classics, Chef de Cuisine Clayton Slieff and his culinary team have created some exciting new dishes such as Lamb Lollipops with chimichurri sauce, Duck Poutine with cheddar cheese curds and Port wine demi-glace, and spicy Camarones Ala Diabla. “Bacon and Eggs”, featuring bacon wrapped pork belly and sunnyside up quail eggs on toasted brioche, as well as Pan Roasted Chilean Sea Bass- fingerlings, spinach, and citrus butter sauce, are also new and noteworthy.
